Appellant, Janet Lorraine Williams, was convicted by a jury of terroristic threat. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.07(a)(2) (Vernon Supp.2005). The jury assessed appellant's punishment at thirty days in the Brazoria County jail and a $1.00 fine. The sentence was suspended, and appellant was placed on community supervision for a period of six months. Appellant appeals on the grounds that (1) the evidence is legally insufficient...
