Christine L. Myatt, as receiver of Elfindepan, S.A. and Strategic Asset Funds, S.A. (SAF), appeals the trial court's order granting RHBT Financial Corporation's (the Bank's) summary judgment motion on Myatt's claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty/constructive fraud, negligence/gross negligence, negligent supervision, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty.1
