Plaintiff-Appellant Lena McClain appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellees on her various due process and employment-discrimination claims. McClain, an African-American female, was employed as a Resident Specialist Coordinator (RSC) at NorthWest Community Corrections Center.
