On August 8, 1990, this Court issued a permanent "obey-the-law" injunction against defendant Salim B. Lewis requiring that he refrain from violating certain securities laws and that he disgorge $475,000. The injunction was granted pursuant to a consent decree and negotiated in resolution of a civil suit brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("S.E.C.") following criminal proceedings...
