KITE, Justice.
[¶ 1] Raymond D. Custer pled guilty to one count of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of methamphetamine while reserving the right to appeal the district court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence. He claims the district court should have granted his motion to suppress because he was seized in violation of Article I, § 4 of the Wyoming Constitution and the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
