OPINION

KEASLER, J., delivered the opinion of the Court in which KELLER, P.J., WOMACK, HERVEY, and COCHRAN, JJ., joined.

Holding that the State failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that Mary Elizabeth Harrison voluntarily consented to provide a urine specimen, the court of appeals reversed the trial court's denial of Harrison's motion to suppress.1 We conclude that the court of appeals erred by so holding....
