William R. Netling pleaded guilty to second-degree controlled substance misconduct (manufacturing methamphetamine).1 Netling had a prior conviction for distributing cocaine, but that prior conviction was old enough that it did not count for presumptive sentencing purposes.2 Thus, Netling was a first felony offender for presumptive sentencing purposes, and he was subject...
