This is the second appeal in this revocation case. On November 26, 1996, appellant Theresa Bedford pleaded guilty to forgery and received a ten-year suspended imposition of sentence. The State filed a revocation petition on February 12, 2004, and a revocation hearing was held on March 4, 2004.
