[¶ 1] Jake Bradshaw was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and refused to submit to a breath test. The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) notified him his driver's license would be suspended. Mr. Bradshaw requested a contested case hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). Based upon the evidence presented, the hearing officer upheld the suspension recommendation.
