{¶ 1} This appeal comes to us from a judgment issued by the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, which terminated the parental rights of appellants to custody of their minor son. Because we conclude that the trial court erred in its findings that were the basis for granting permanent custody to the children services agency, we reverse and remand.
