Presently pending before the Court is Defendant Walgreens's Motion to Transfer Venue to the Northern District of Illinois [doc. # 6] ("Motion to Transfer"). After weighing the various interests and factors discussed below, the Court concludes that a transfer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) is appropriate, and therefore the Court grants the Motion to Transfer this case to the United States District...
