Appellant Walter "Tony" Deshazo appeals his conviction following a jury trial in Sevier County Circuit Court for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). He was sentenced to eight years in prison on the paraphernalia charge with a fine of $15,000 and five years in prison on the possession of a controlled substance charge with a fine of $10,000, sentences...
