¶ 1 WEDEMEYER, P.J.

Steven M. Rupinski appeals from an order denying his petition for writ of habeas corpus. He claims the trial court erred in affirming the authority of the Department of Corrections (DOC) to revoke his status of extended supervision and to proceed to reconfine him. Because the DOC had authority to revoke his prematurely obtained status of extended supervision and reconfine him, we affirm.
