Appellant James Barnett appeals from the Union County Circuit Court's order denying his motion to vacate conviction. Pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(b)(4) (2006), we have jurisdiction because this case involves an issue of substantial public interest. We affirm the circuit court's order.
