A Daviess Circuit Court jury convicted Appellant, Franklin Dean Powell, II, of reckless homicide, KRS 507.050, trafficking in methamphetamine, KRS 218A.1435,1 and tampering with physical evidence, KRS 524.100. He was sentenced to two years in prison for the homicide conviction, five years for the trafficking conviction, and one year for the tampering conviction, all to run consecutively...
