Richard A. Blanchette appeals his convictions of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. At trial, the child victim testified by closed-circuit television pursuant to K.S.A. 22-3434. The primary issue on appeal is whether K.S.A. 22-3434 violates a defendant's constitutional right to confrontation of witnesses.
