This appeal involves two orders of contempt against attorney Ann Donovan for failing to appear on behalf of her client in the Madison County Circuit Court. In the first order, entered on November 18, 2004, the circuit court sentenced Donovan to one day in jail and a $50.00 fine, both suspended "conditioned on her not having any similar occurrences."
