A Lowndes County jury found Anthony Lamar Dasher guilty of two counts of kidnapping, two counts of impersonating an officer, and one count each of aggravated sodomy, attempted aggravated sodomy, aggravated assault, and rape. On appeal, Dasher contends that the trial court erred in (i) denying his motions for a directed verdict of acquittal, (ii) instructing the jury that they may consider the level of certainty shown by the witnesses in their identification...
