I. INTRODUCTION

Windbrella Products Corporation ("Windbrella") brings this action claiming infringement of United States Letters Patent No. 6,422,251 ("the '251 patent") — "Umbrella Having a Simplified Configuration."1 Taylor Made Golf Company, Inc. ("Taylor Made") now moves for summary judgment as to non-infringement.2
