Kaminski Jewelry, Inc. brought suit against its ex-employee Diane Dempsey to recover money she allegedly stole. In the course of discovery, the trial court granted Kaminski Jewelry's motions to compel the depositions of Dempsey and her husband as well as the production of documents.
