Defendant, Diana Zamora, was criminally charged with driving while intoxicated on federal property. (D.E. 1, at 1). Bay Area Healthcare Group, Ltd. doing business as Corpus Christi Medical Center-Bay Area ("Bay Area") moves the Court to quash a subpoena for defendant's medical records, and that it be protected from disclosing the requested medical records.
