Plaintiff, Jack J. Grynberg, d/b/a Grynberg Petroleum Company, appeals the summary judgment in favor of defendants, David James Karlin and Kenneth David Rickel. We affirm.

This case arises out of the customer-stockbroker relationship between Grynberg and Karlin and Rickel (and their brokerage firms, which are not parties to this appeal). In May 2002, Grynberg sued Karlin, Rickel, and the brokerage firms to recover on an alleged oral stop-loss warranty...
