Gilberto Santa-Rosa ("Santa Rosa") sued Combo Records ("Combo"), its owners, insurers, and distributors, seeking compensation for the sales of five albums he recorded more than fifteen years ago, and which Combo has been selling ever since. The district court dismissed all of Santa Rosa's claims. Santa Rosa now appeals the dismissal of two of his claims: his claim for rescission of his recording contract, and his claim for a declaratory judgment...
