Joe Gene Newton appeals his conviction of capital murder and sentence of life without parole. On appeal, Newton raises a single issue, which is whether the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress. We affirm Newton's conviction and sentence. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(a)(2).
