OPINION OF THE COURT

AMBRO, Circuit Judge.

Kareem Brown appeals the denial by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania of his motion to suppress evidence. Brown argues that he was improperly stopped and searched, and thus the incriminating evidence uncovered by that search was not properly admitted at his trial. We agree, and accordingly reverse the District Court's denial of Brown's motion to suppress and vacate his conviction...
