In this medical-malpractice case, the patient appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict in favor of the surgeon and his medical practice group. After the trial court admitted expert testimony from both sides, the jury found that the surgeon's negligence, if any, did not proximately cause the injury in question. On appeal, the patient contends that the trial court erred in admitting testimony from two of the Medical Providers...
