This is an appeal from a dissolution of marriage. Wayne Hoecker (Husband) and Sara Hoecker (Wife) were married on June 14, 1969. Wife filed a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage on March 2, 2004. The couple has two adult daughters. Husband was a lawyer at a large Kansas City law firm, but at the time of trial, was in the process of retiring. Wife worked in retail sales. The trial court dissolved the marriage and divided the marital property...
