In this original proceeding under C.A.R. 21, we review the trial court's order requiring Petitioner Cassandra Gomez's criminal defense counsel to produce portions of his case file for in camera review. The trial court based its ruling on its belief that Gomez impliedly waived the attorney-client privilege when she entered into a plea agreement. We issued a rule to show cause.
