Blue Ridge Service Corporation of Virginia ("Blue Ridge") appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Henrico County confirming a jury verdict in favor of Saxon Shoes, Inc. On appeal, Blue Ridge challenges the admission of certain testimony of Saxon's expert witness and contends Saxon failed to establish a prima facie case of negligence.
