This is an appeal by Edward W. Sloan (hereinafter "Appellant") from a final order of the Circuit Court of Wood County. The Appellant contends that the lower court committed various reversible errors in the resolution of the divorce between the Appellant and his former wife, Appellee Kathy M. Sloan. Upon thorough review of the record, briefs, arguments of counsel, and applicable precedent, this Court affirms in part, reverses in part, and remands this matter...
