Appellee, First Community Bank (Bank), a secured creditor of the estate of F.W. Young, deceased, applied to remove appellant, Barbara Young, as independent executor of the estate on the ground that she had not complied with statutory duties required of an executor by filing an inventory of the estate within 90 days.
