{¶ 1} The state of Ohio appeals the Ross County Common Pleas Court's judgment in favor of John O. Book regarding his motion to suppress methamphetamines. A courthouse security officer found these drugs on Book during a security screening after a magnetometer activated. The trial court found that the administrative search for the drugs "went beyond the scope of a search for weapons."...
