We consider here whether this Court has jurisdiction to review an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming a decision of an immigration judge ("IJ") denying a petitioner's request for a waiver of inadmissibility under section 212(d)(11) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA"), 8 U.S.C. § 1182(d)(11).
