Appellant Lance Rayshawn Kirk appeals his conviction for capital murder. The jury found Appellant guilty, and because the State waived the death penalty, the trial court sentenced Appellant to the statutory requirement of life imprisonment. See TEX.CODE CRIM. PROC.
