Ingold (Ingold), seeks reversal of summary judgment in favor of Respondents Kenneth and Sharon Creveling (Crevelings), and interpretation by this Court of a restrictive covenant (covenant) contained in the warranty deed that effectuated the sale of real property from Ingold to the Crevelings.
