This is an employment case. Yvonnia Talford sued Columbia Medical Center at Lancaster Subsidiary, L.P. (CML) asserting that CML breached an agreement to transfer her to CML from another affiliated institution (Conroe Regional Medical Center). The trial court granted summary judgment in CML's favor.
