Attorney Kenneth Kirk appeals the superior court's denial of his motion to intervene in a tort suit brought by his former client, Laverna Demientieff. Kirk sought to intervene in that suit to appeal the superior court's order denying relief from its earlier judgment dismissing Demientieff's complaint for violating the statute of limitations.
