¶ 1 Steven Haynes (Haynes) worked for Shodair Children's Hospital (Shodair) for approximately twelve years. In 2004, Haynes left Shodair under circumstances he characterized as constructive discharge. Shortly after his resignation, he filed a grievance with Shodair.
