This appeal arises from a lawsuit filed by an employer against the wife of a deceased employee in an attempt to recover a large sum of money stolen by the employee. The employer sought to impose a constructive trust on the proceeds of life insurance polices insuring the life of the deceased employee that named the wife as beneficiary. The employer also sought to obtain a money judgment against the wife based upon allegations...
