We review the report and recommendation of referee Norman C. Anderson that Attorney David L. Ham's license to practice law in Wisconsin be revoked, that he be ordered to provide an accounting and pay restitution to certain clients, and that he be ordered to pay the costs of this proceeding following Attorney Ham's default in response to the complaint filed by the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR)....
