Marilyn Fryman (Fryman) appeals from an order dismissing, with prejudice, her suit against Wilbarger General Hospital (the Hospital) due to want of jurisdiction. She sued the Hospital for injuries arising from an assault occurring on its premises. Her contentions were founded upon claims of negligence and premises liability.
