OPINION

HARDESTY, J.

In this appeal, we consider whether NRS 62C.010(2)(a), the Juvenile Courts statute requiring parental notification that a child is in custody, precludes law enforcement interviews of juveniles suspected of criminal misconduct. We conclude that the absence of notification under the provision does not preclude juvenile interviews and, further, does not bar eventual admission at trial of voluntary statements taken during such interviews...
