Appellants, Nexen Inc., Nexen Petroleum Operations Yemen Limited, and Canadian Nexen Petroleum Yemen (collectively, "the Nexen parties"), appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment rendered on their claims against appellee, Gulf Interstate Engineering Co.
