Aramark Corporation (Aramark) and Bankers Standard Insurance (Bankers) appeal the decision of the Workers Compensation Board (Board) to remand Evangelina Grajeda's lump sum settlement award to the administrative law judge (ALJ) for further consideration. Aramark and Bankers claim the Board lacked jurisdiction to review Grajeda's settlement award.
