On September 17, 2003, Defendant-Appellant Luis Sepúlveda-Contreras ("Sepúlveda") pled guilty to a charge of carjacking under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2119(2). Sepúlveda was later sentenced to 235 months in prison and five years of supervised release. He now appeals, arguing that: (1) the district court violated his right to be present at sentencing by imposing certain conditions of supervised release for the first time...
