Appellant, Sandy Elee McClesky, appeals the trial court's judgment convicting her for the murder of her husband, Jack McClesky, the complainant. See TEX. PEN. CODE ANN. § 19.02 (Vernon 2003). She pleaded not guilty to the jury, claiming self-defense. See Id. § 9.32. The jury found her guilty, and assessed punishment at 22 years in prison.
