Appellant S.M. appeals from the trial court's order transferring him from the custody of the Texas Youth Commission (TYC) to the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (IDTDCJ). In two points, Appellant asserts that the trial court erred in admitting TYC records, as well as a report and testimony generated from those records, because the admission of these records violated his right to confrontation...
