This is a sequel to an earlier appeal. See United States v. Rivera Rangel, 396 F.3d 476 (1st Cir. 2005). In it, defendant-appellant Maria de Los Angeles Rivera Rangel (Rivera) tries once again to defenestrate her Hobbs Act convictions. This time around, she substitutes a series of Sixth Amendment claims for her previously unrequited claims of evidentiary insufficiency...
