Indicted on burglary in the third degree and attempted grand larceny in the third degree, defendant was found guilty as charged following a jury trial. The evidence at trial established that defendant entered a barn on a horse farm in the early morning hours of May 7, 2004 and was caught by its owner leading one of the horses out of it.
