GORTON, District Judge.

The Social Security Administration ("SSA") contends that as of August, 1995, Stephen R. Yankun ("Yankun") no longer qualified for disability insurance yet continued to receive benefits until May, 2000. The SSA is seeking repayment of those insurance benefits but Yankun responds that he is without fault in accepting the overpayment and requests that the Court review the SSA's denial of a waiver of repayment....
